Can not agree with you more! Zankel is not only new, but also intimate in size, perfect sound and interaction. My seat is at the right angel, and can see players fingers dancing swiftly over the keyboard.
MSG is big, but horrible for sound effect. Still ppl go there becoz it holds big crowds.

Nice repertoire. Zankel hall actually makes you feel more intimate to the stage. Too bad big names only show up in Sterns.
