I believe you well deserve something more than just small sparkles, it should be more ... brilliant. And let's save the "scintillating" for Ambassador Sestito :)

You probably flattered Ambassador Sestito, as "scintillating" is a co-opted trademark of myself and Dara Hippolyte in London. :)
