I think the idea of book signing etc is good. also, try to see if you can get some people to review the book from places like the NYtimes etc. and other press coverages. Also can try approaching the chinese newspapers...i'm sure there are parents out there who want to get this as a motivational tool for their kids... ;-)

She can probably do a speech and book signing at the Barnes and Noble at Lincoln Center and the one at St. Marks.
She should also speak at some prestious venues like the Asian Club.

Yes, yes! Let me know if you want to get one! I should be able to get some discount for you, haha... The book will come out this month. Gonna have a meeting with the author next week to talk about how to promote the book and Zhang Xin herself. Any good idea to contribute?
